Only 2 pastors were honest or bold enough to reply to the magazine. Both stated there was nowhere in the convention they felt safe to turn for help when they were spiritually hurting. Things have improved in the convention in that aspect, but no one wants their employer to know when they are having problems. I have just started Hebron Missionary Advocacy Fellowship near Colorado Springs to minister to the cross-cultural ministry family.
